Purplle.com — refund my money
My order number is [protected]. I’ve returned the product a month ago and i’ve been said that the money will be refunded in 7-10 working days time on 8th january ‘19 but i haven’t received it yet. The customer care doesn’t even revert to the mails or calls. I just received a mail telling that there are some technical issues and also that i’ll get my refund in the next 48 hours but it’s been so many days after that and i haven’t received the refund still. The customer service is very poor on the whole!...
