[Resolved]  Purplle.com — complaint against a courier company called xpressbees

Good morning
As per my booking for a lipstick n hair color, the courier company named express bees in cheppad, kerala, had called me to deliver my items. Since i was in d hospital, i told that lady i may not be able to reach home, so please extend the delivery to next day. She said ok n suddenly hung up the line.. She was very arrogant to me when i told i was in the hospital. Till date i didn't received it. When i called today, she told me that they returned my product because company told them to return it that day itself.. Very much disappointed n first time having such a bad experience

We are sorry for the inconvenience. However, all the deliveries have been affected due to bad climatic conditions in Kerala. Most of the products have been recalled back to the warehouse as the courier partner was unable to deliver it to the registered address and the shipment was dispatched to you from either Mumbai or Delhi warehouse.
