I am writing this after waiting for almost one and half month. I ordered a product worth rs 999, which i have returned back due to personal reasons.

This is really frustrating that have not yet been credited with my refund. I am also not able to contact customer care over call. Please refund my money back else i have to look for some strict action against this issue.
I am getting the same response from last 2 months that my refund has been initiated but i have not yet received. Please either refund my money back or now provide me wallet money for it. Because its really frustrating that i am still asked to wait for 7-10 days.
I had the worst experience using purplle. I have to complain on consumer court regarding your services and have to write bad review if my refund won't be given back. Was this information helpful? |
