[Resolved]  Purplle.com — Order not delivered and Cancellation was not initiated as requested

My order no is [protected] and I had made this prepaid order on 11th of Dec 2014. It has been 2 weeks since and I did not receive any intimation regarding the shipment of products. When checked in web site it showed as delay in processing and on repeated follow ups I was told that one of the ordered product was out of stock. Hence I told them to cancel the order and refund the money.Till now I have not received any response from them. I am highly disappointed with such a worst service. I want my money back. I will never ever think of ordering through purplle.com again.

When checked in web site it showed as delay in processing and on repeated follow ups I was told that one of the ordered product was out of stock. Hence I told them to cancel the order and refund the money.Till now I have not received any response from them. I am highly disappointed with such a worst service. I want my money back. I will never ever think of ordering through purplle.com again
