Purplle.com — Order not delivered for more than a month | |||
I have purchased couple of items from Purplle.com on 20th Dec 2014 and I have not received the delivery yet. When I follow up multiple time here is the response from the Reps. They have not return the payment as well I am not sure where to go. I would like you to help in shutting these cheaters, we definitely need some kind of penalties on these companies for riding the customers. And my order number is [protected] "Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We are not able to dispatch the same from our end as we have'nt received the fresh stock, we cannot provide you with the tentative date for the availability of the product.
