[Resolved] Purplle.com — Order yet not delivered | |||||
Order id: [protected] I have placed an order on 23 th june. The order showed the status of shipped on 24th of june through delhivery courier system and was supposed to be delivered by 27th june to my place. Today is 28 th, the order is still not delivered and its showing arriving soon status on delhivery system and 4th of july as the delivery date on purplle.com. This is unexpected and unacceptable as while booking my order the delivery was promised on 27th june. As i am leaving the town on 30th for 6 months i hope the order is delivered before that. Your order [protected] has been dispatched through Delhivery courier services via airway bill[protected]. The delay was due to some logistics issues. We have informed our courier partners to expedite and deliver the shipment to you on priority. Kindly allow us 24 working hours to get the shipment delivered.

Hii i want to cancel my order no. 2019761 because i need to add more items n i want to change the address
The product I was looking for is different than what I ordered and I got confused seeing the product so I want to cancel the order for now and I'll order once the order is in stock
