Purvanchal Bank — Not getting refund from Amazon in my account

A refund of Rs 1799 was initiated by Amazon and was expected to reflect in my account by sep 2, 2020. But it has not appeared in my account by now. I had used my debit card for payments. The PRN is 30005402410329114967605.
