I am dharmpal godara a self employed look for part time work on quikr, i received a call from name of the agent is riya kalyani for work from home opportunity wherein i've to complete form filling within 10 days with 90% accuracy within 10 days. They tricked me in and asked me to send my details like aaadhar card using my documents an agreement was created without my consent. Now after researching about the company no such company with name pv solutions exist i figure out it`s a scam. The agreement states that i`ve to complete my target within 10days or i`ll have to pay a penalty of rs 5200,. Moreover, i did not give any consent or approval for the work and without my consent they had created the agreement and my login id. When i called them and messaging so many times they are non responsive. Also, the date on the promisory note is mentioned as of may 2019. There helpline no.[protected] email:helpline. I want to terminate the agreement with immediate effect. I am not interested in the work to do. Request the forum please help me to cancel the agreement and no payment to be made to them.
