[Resolved] Pv Solutions Aurangabad — demanding for money otherwise file a case against me | |||
Hi, I am Imran Khan. I was searching for part time jobs in quickr and applied for so many jobs. Then I got a call from Maharashtra for form filling job and then they ask me for my address proof. Then I sent and created a agreement paper and also told me to say yes of all the questions when our company ask you for the job and I did the same. After getting my work, I called the person who called me first from the company. He didn't respond my calls so that I didn't start the work and then yesterday company called me and ask me whether I completed the work or not and then demanding 5200rs. If don't pay then case filed against me. Then today got a call from Advocate Sandeep Sharma and told case will be file against me and now I got a text message that the case already filed. Sir,
Please check the image i uploaded. Did you get any mail like this?. They are also threatening me by saying that they are doing the legal proceedings right now. I completed 920 forms and they were saying it is not enough.

Yah notice mere pass bhi aya he sc technology ka to isme kahi court ka name nahi he to ab batao hum sab kya kare sab log milkar case kar de company ke upar
mera name sanjay verma he or mene quiker me job search kiya to mere pass jyoti dube ka call aya or usne kaha ki apko 1000 form fill karna he 10 din me uske baad humne iska kaam complete kiya per wo ho nahi paya to mere pass unke advocate ka phone aya wo bolta he ki mene contract cancel kiya he to tumhe fine dena hoga 10500 rupee or nahi diye to court ki dhamki de raha tha or mene aap sabhi logo ke review pada hu to aap logo ka jis stamp me agreement hua he usi stamp me mera agreement sing hua he to ek stamp me yah log 100 agreement kare yah company dhoka de rahi he sabhi logo ko to kripaya aap sabhi logo ka stamp dekhe bus 2 number ke stamp he 11510 or 51160 bus iske alwa inke pass stamp nahi he to is company ne jis kisi ke sath dhokha di he hum sab logo ko mil kar case karna chahiye iske upar

Aap logon main se kisi ko consumer complaint matlab isi site se kisi ka call aaia tha complaint register krne k baad...???
Mere sath v same hua Kisi ko legal notice aaya h kya plz Koi bolo... M so stressed
They cheat me also and the amount is five thousand two hundred and after paying they again call me and saying to pay of amount rs fifteen thousand five hundred but this time I not paid please help me guys how to manage this fraud company and team member.
