[Resolved]  Pv Solutions Aurangabad — demanding money and threatening

Hello,

I am kesiya thomas. This is to inform about a pv solutions, a company located in aurangabad, maharastra.

I came to know about a form filling job which can be done from my home from quickr website. I applied for the job. Then i got a call from pv solutions, aurangabad, maharashtra for form filling job. I received a call from pv solutions and they told me that there is no registration fee or i on't have to pay any amount and then they ask me for my address proof. I sent a copy of my driving license (To [protected]@gmail.com) after which, they sent me an agreement in pdf format which has opened after otp sent by them. Then i received a call from +91-[protected] and they informed me that i will receive a verification call after sometime in which i should say "yes" to all questions they ask. They also asked me not to ask any questions when i receive the verification call. Then i received the verification call from +91-[protected].

They created an agreement without my consent and in that agreement i could see that i have to pay rs 5200 which was against what was informed previously. So, i didn't reply that email. I then received another email in which they mentioned different packages which i can opt. I didn't reply that as well as i wasn't ready for the agreement they sent.

After a few weeks, i received a call from someone representing the company (Pv solutions) informing me that i have to pay rs 5200 as i didn't complete the work. I actually didn't receive any work file nor i have agreed the agreement they sent me. So, i said that i didn't agree to the clauses mentioned in the agreement nor i received any work file. So, i won't pay any amount. Then they phoned me and said that they are filing a case against me. Then i received text message as well as emails (From [protected]@gmail.com) mayur joshi who claims as an advocate. He asked me to settle the amount. I sent an email specifying that i won't pay any amount as i didn't agree to the conditions. But he told that i'll have to pay as the agreement is digitally signed. I then searched in google and found that this happened with everyone who tried to work from home. Also, the agreement with rs 100 stamp has the same number[protected] for everyone.

So, this is completely a fraud company and now they are emailing me frequently and also calling me and threatening.

Today i received another email from [protected]@gmail.com in which they included a legal notice from advocate mane who ask me to pay rs 8200 including legal notice charge. This is completely unacceptable and a fraud company which is trying to loot amount from people like me.

Now i am getting threatening calls from the number +91-[protected].
Kindly do look into the matter and do take the necessary legal actions so that nobody will suffer form the same problem in future.

Regards,
Kesiya thomas
