Pv Solutions, Aurangabad — fraud company is cheating with me and demanding rs.8, 200/- by the case filed through advocate

Updated by [email protected] I am subir ranjan das, residing at kolkata. I was searching for part time jobs in quikr and applied for so many jobs. Then i got a call from maharashtra for form filling job and then they ask me for my address proof. Then i sent and created a agreement paper and also told me to say yes of all the questions when our company ask you for the job and i did the same. Due to internet network failure, i had not got their job and then i called the person who called me first from the company. He didn't respond my calls and then today i. E. 13 august 2019, i have checked my email that pv solutions, aurangabad is demanding rs.8, 200/- and today i. E. 13 august 2019 (Tuesday) i have got a call from some advocate sudhir mehta (His mobile no. [protected]) from maharashtra and told case will be file against me. This type of fraud companies like p. V. Solutions, aurangabad are taking money by pressure and case filed against the general people. Please take strong actions against p. V. Solutions, aurangabad that neither they are harassing or demanding money from general people. It is my earnest request to the authority of the consumer complaints forum.

1. You decided to engage in the work of data entry operation with my client and as a part of

Registered email id. You agreed to follow all the process both orally as well as in written

Up utility and maintenance charges to my client. Once the said payment is made, you
Shall receive an noc certificate within 45 minutes of the payment to my client.
3. As per sec.14 of the arbitration and conciliation act and also the indian contract act,
You are bound by the terms of agreement and thereby liable to pay the mandatory charges
At the earliest.
