Pv Solutions — part time work from home scam | |||
I am robin jain. I am a self employed look for part time work on quikr, i received a call from name of the agent is riya kalyani for work from home opportunity wherein i've to complete form filling within 10 days with 90% accuracy within 10 days. They tricked me in and asked me to send my details like aaadhar card using my documents an agreement was created without my consent. Now after researching about the company no such company with name pv solutions exist i figure out it`s a scam. The agreement states that i`ve to complete my target within 10days or i`ll have to pay a penalty of rs 5200,. Moreover, i did not give any consent or approval for the work and without my consent they had created the agreement and my login id. When i called them and messaging so many times they are non responsive. Also, the date on the promisory note is mentioned as of may 2019. There helpline no.[protected] email:helpline. [protected]@gmail.com I want to terminate the agreement with immediate effect. I am not interested in the work to do. I am getting so many calls from P V solution. One telecaller tells me, give the id proof and do the registraion. After some time, one advocate calls me and says you are signed the agreement. But I am not include in this matter and not signed the agreement by me.I am worry about that. Help me regarding this calls. Also add the image of message.
If it is a fraud kindly take the strict action against them.

This company is fraud and I am getting many calls specially from young students who hardly have any knowledge about the acts and agreements. I have noticed that they enter in to an agreement with you guys and demand penalty from you stating error in the work and threat you by using name of lawyers and filing cases an all.
But guys understand one thing that they are fraud and this is their business model which is obviously unethical
If you go through the agreements especially if you closely scrutinise the Stamp paper the stamp paper has same number which is against the law as per Indian Stamp Act. you will find this number on the right hand side of the stamp paper exactly below the 100 Rs Stamp which is 51150 secondly it seems to be a fake stamp paper.
so no need to worry guys and be brave and fight against them they cannot file case using this agreement.
I am adding another agreement that I received from one of the victim who called me for help you will find the same number on this stamp paper as well.
