Dear sir, I am thirumurugan i am working in an private company. I had applied part time job in quikr i received a call from a person regarding job on july 31 from the number:[protected] he told me to say yes while they ask question then i received a call from another number on behalf of pv solutions she ask me few question and describe the job and from the above mobile number i got call and he told me send me your id proof to continue the job i sent my scanned voters id copy to the mail id [protected]@gmail.com after 1 day the want me to tell the otp which have been sent to your mobile id i refused to say the otp (Google account & agreement) received. Then no calls for days. By the day 14.08.2019 around 11 am a person called mayuri joshi with number [protected] that he was an advocate that i didnt do the job what they have given, for ur refernce sir i didnt receive any mail regarding job, taken any job from them &didint signed any agreement. But they charged me a case for not doing the job. And he added that if i want to releave from this issue i have to pay rs.5200 otherwise case will be filed and threatned me by today around 2.45 pm. A message came that i have been filed for case on internal legal proceedings i didnt signed any agreement for doing job. I have attached the screenshot for your reference then i searched in internet regarding pv solutions for the peoples who applied for online job they are using this trick to get money from them by charging case.. So i wanna to give complaint on that person who talk to me regading job. I have registered complaint in my state cyber crime mail [protected]@tn. Nic.in Spcybercbcid. Sir, I am passing through similar situation. But in my case I have completed my work and after that i received a call a saying i did not achieved the accuracy they told. When i asked for proof showing the accuracy problem they told i received the QC report after submission and that PDF file is password locked and i have received an advocate notice regarding this problem on[protected] on my spam folder which i dint notice. And also i received similar messages in my phone too. When i called them to ask about the mail they are saying i have to pay Rs 30000 or more as compensation for the losses made for the company. So, What should i do.
