[Resolved] PVR Cinema — pathetic food quality at pvr motera ahmedabad | |||
Yesterday on 13th june i went to pvr motera (Ahmedabad) to watch movie with my family. During interval we ordered food that includes burgers, nachos and ice tea. The total amount was 880 which i paid through card. After that i was informed that they dont have ice tea so we took cold coffee and rest amount was refunded to me. But when i asked for bill the person said he will not be able to provide me the bill as there is a mistake. Still i agreed but when we opened burgers they were stale and smelling badly. When i complained the manager (Mr bhavesh) there was not ready to accept and said there is no problem in the burger. When i asked him that why they are providing the burger on its date of expiry he said"expiry se kutch nahi hota hai fresh hai aaj hi aaya hai". Since he was not ready to accept we requested some other people to just smell and tell him whether the burger is good. All of them said it is stale. But still no action taken. When i asked him to call some senior he said his senior is a lady and he will not disturb her at this time (11.15pm). We ordered food from pvr because we believed that quality is good and i can give it to my kids. Now because of this i feel harassed in front of my guests as they came from delhi and i took all of them for outing. I want my full money refunded as i have not received any bill and i want to be compensated for the harassment caused to me by their unprofessional behavior. Was this information helpful? | |||
