Dear team,

I tried booking movie tickets through pvr android app twice [upi payment] and both the time amount got deducted but no confirmation was given on tickets. This is very carelessness that transactions are getting successful on app and you people not at all taking action to refund the amount. This is too bad.

I have attached the transaction receipt for your kind review.

Kindly refund the amount.
