[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — bad transaction refund

Address:Vadodara, Gujarat

I had ordered a burger through the pvr app while watching the incredibles 2. The movie showtime was around 11.45 am at pvr transcube in vadodara. My seat no. Was g8. While doing the transaction, i did the payment using paytm app and after payment i received a pop-up displaying "bad transaction... Will be refunded". The price debited was inr 100. Apart the pop-up, i have not received any text or email indicating the initiation of transfer. Request to please refund the amount. I am attaching a screenshot of the transaction in paytm.
