Hi, I am writing from Bangalore. Today I booked for a show through book my show and unfortunately chose the wrong date. And there is no provision to make any changes through an execute from bms or pvr. I understand and accept that it's my fault to have overlooked the details but I think there should be a provision to help customers in such situations. I am sure you guys have access to make necessary changes and shouldn't completely overlook the possibilities of human error. Please enable a facility to be able to make changes to the bookings atleast within 10 or 12 hours of booking. Otherwise, the money paid is a complete waste.
