[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — Cash deducted from SBI account

I made first transaction of 1600 rs in Orion mall for Befikre movie 3.40 pm show .The transaction was denied so the lady in the counter tried again for 1600 rs .Again the transacation was denied ..When i checked my Mobile I received two messages stating

Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XX0417 for a purchase worth Rs1600 on POS PVR LIMITED. at PVR LIMITED. txn#[protected].

I checked with the Counter in charge Divya
She told me to check it in a weeks time .I immeadiately checked my bank mini statement and my money had been deducted she is not ready to refund and asking to wait ..
