PVR Cinemas — charged for an order that I havent received | |||
I paid for food through paytm and my phone got switched off at that time only so I was unable to check if that payment was made or not. The guy at the counter said he hasn't received payment so he didn't gave me my ordered food.When I came back and charged my phone I got the notification that my money was deducted. Now I have intimated them about this issue but they are not helping me. They are asking me to complain in the bank but since I have made payment through paytm how will I contact any bank.
