[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — charged twice

I had ordered for a nachos combo with extra dip but the cashier billed me with nachos twice. It was the 13th of october, 15:59. My bill no is 0361966. I had tweeted about the same but got no response I asked them to check the cctv footages of that day in case they have doubts about my claim, still no response. Why the govt. is mum on heavy pricing of the food items. What they want to tell us on keeping their voice locked on this loot.
Are they share holders of this? How come they charge so heavy than regular pricing. Please escalate this issue and show the power of consumer complaint forum.
