I had booked a ticket for Assasims creed at PVR VR IMAX bangalore for 30th dec 2016. The booking website and pvr website (for VR and pepsi koramangala IMAX which i checked didnt show it as 2D or 3D movie. So when i reached the theatre the manager there informed me that because of technical problems the move is being played in 2D. When i talked & showed the website, PVR area manager Mr.Shashi told me that if i dont watch this show, a refund will be given if i sent a mail to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com, and that they will be confirming that i havent seen the movie.
Now after emailing the feedback team, they say that it is not their mistake.
Now without proper information in pvr website and bookmyshow how can a customer know that it is a 2D movie?

(No mention of 3D) but manager assured that it is 3D there.
