Dear sir/madam,
I am john kennedy. I with my friend booked 6 tickets (With his card) online using pvr portal for viewing "pariyerum perumal" at velachery pvr on 10.10.2018 for the 6.30 pm show. I confirmed the payment for rs.1355.47 with otp at 5.49 pm. There was no message either to my mail or mobile. But a message "error in transaction" appeared on the screen. Hence i tried again and and completed the today my friend received the credit payment for rs. 1355.47 with another otp at 5.53 pm. Again a similar message of error appeared and i did not receive any message of confirmation of booking either on my mail or sms, and we did not go for the movie.
Card bill with twice pvr limited having been credited rs.1355.47. Hence we have paid in total rs. 2710.94 without having received any service.
I request you to go through this and credit the amount (Return the amount) to the same card at the earliest. I will be happy to receive a reply to my email id: [protected]@yahoo.com
