I have purchased 10 gift e - cards 3 days ago. But there is no card number nor pin number mentioned. Without these 2 details we are unable to book movie tickets.
Could you please look into this? Complaint number that they have provided me with is 20772.
The second issue that i have is regarding another 5 gift cards that i purchased 4 days ago - total worth is rs. 5000/-. I have already raised a request with pvr customer care where i have requested for 5 separate gift cards of rs. 1000 each.
I have approached customer care of pvr 3 times but no one has assisted me. They have informed me that there is a 'technical glitch'.
