PVR Cinemas — escape show cancelled but no message or refund issued | |||
I booked 3 tickets for bloodshot movie in escape cinemas for 9:30 am sunday morning 15th march 2020. I got a call the next day from escape cinemas saying the show has been cancelled. But i didn’t get a text message or email saying the show was cancelled. How am i supposed to get my money back without any proof that the show was cancelled. Pvr show movie timing 6.50pm on tickets but movie starting on 7.15 pm, it means 25 minutes delay for only commercial advertising. This is very objectionable because PVR lost my valuable 25 minutes .

I was trying to book ticket for movie IKKO MIKKE through PVR app, my money deducted but ticket not booked, i want to back my money through original payment mode
