[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — Excess amount of money deducted and didn't get any booking conformation

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that when we tried to book 04 movie tickets (Online) on 26-06-17, the exess amout money got deducted and didnt get any booking confirmation.
An amt of rs 9830/- had been deducted (Which was again an error). But no ticket/ seat conformation came on screen.
The seq. No of the transection was [protected] dated 26/06/17.

You are requested to look into the matter & do the needful to help me out with the refund.

In allahabad pvr cinema provide 3d goggles for 3d movie is very cheap quality...too many scratches in all pices.. i nvr suggest tk watch 3d movie in pvr allahabad

Hi we are regular customers to pvr cinemas Hyderabad but from last two times there is a cooling problem in screen5 pvr cinemas panjagutta.

Sir conditioner cooling is not sufficient and getting suffocation in theater please resolve this issue
