[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — fraud in ticket booking

I have visited pvr city centre, gurgaon on 26/jan/2018 at 12 noon. I asked for 2 tickets from booking counter. Staff told me that only for the second row from the screen tickets are available. I requested them to search some good seats in the above row from the screen. After a second they told me that they don’t have such tickets but soon they called one person standing near to booking counter and told me to purchase ticket from that person. I asked why are you suggesting me to buy tickets from that person than they said to me we want to help him and we have checked that the tickets he has are genuine, there is no need to worry about. I said ok but i will not pay this person directly as i don’t know him, you know him and you are giving guarantee for his tickets. And on the basis of conversation as well as guarantee of the booking staff i paid to pvr by my debit card for the booking of two tickets for the movie padmavat 3d for 2 pm slot. I paid rs.700 from debit card no. Xxxx1852 and approval code is 006227. But instead of providing me hard copy of the ticket booking staff provided me soft copy by sms (From this number i got sms [protected]) and convinced me that your seats were confirmed which is g17 and g18. But these seats were already booked for different customer (I came to know when i went inside theatre) so i complaint to the staff to clear the misunderstanding than their theatre staff mr. Sanjeet told me to come out from the running movie and they started forcing me to pay rs.700 again and when i refused them their cinema manager mr. Shariq misbehaved me, shouted loudly on me in front of numbers of people and humiliates me outside he theatre. I am one of the victims of this booking fraud. Because of whole incident i entered inside the theatre approx. 40 to 45 minute late (40% movie over). And watched movie from first row from screen. Instead of sort out my problem mr. Shariq started defending their booking staffs ms. Sapna and mr. Sanjeet kumar for the entire incident. Forced me to come inside the staffs area (The place where only staffs are allowed) put me stand and argued me. The booking staff as well as the cinema manager tried a lot to prove that all are my mistake. I suffered after paying complete amount for movie.
After returning home i updated whole incident by mail to pvr but they are taking whole incident so lightly like my respect doesn’t matter and have any value. Staff misbehaved with guests and cheated but they have not even care.
