PVR Cinemas — i'm complaining about pvr cinema not allowing outside food even after the lift on ban of outside food.

Recently i went for a movie to pvr cinemas phoenix mall kurla after 1st of august. Even after the lift on ban of outside food the staff didn't allow us to take some chips. They were adamant that they did not receive any such information and weren't following the law. They kept refering to some letter sent by their head as to not allow customers bringing outside food which is totally an illegal order since the lift on the ban.
