[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — issue regarding confirmation of movie tickets

I have booked 2 movie tickets for 5th nov at pvr mulund through pvr app. I have used payment method as tez. The transaction has been successfully and money has been debited from my account but i didn't receive my movie tickets. Tickets are not confirmed. When can i expect my refund back. Please solve the issue asap. Please find the attachment of the payment.
