Hi, Request for cancellation lptxid[protected] crm[protected], the transaction reference no is - vega[protected] I booked through lazypay gateway and the ticket cancellation request was made as soon as within 30 mins. I am getting continues sms and email from lazypay. Why i have been asked for payment for no service availed. I have not watched the movie and the service was for book now and pay later.
