[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — lost hard copy of the ticket

I had booked 6 tickets for uri for the 4pm show, 1/22/2019; i had given a hardcopy when i had booked but since we were 6 i had to send the tickets via softcopy as wel; when we reached movie on the day it was said that the movie was not been shown since morning due to the death of shri shivakumara swamiji, i respect and abide by that; but due to the cancellation i had to send back my freinds back and one had taken the ticket; but still i had the soft copy and the tracsactions sms and deduction copy from my account; inspite of all these it was told i will not be refunded because i didnt had the hardcopy and the way that they manager spoke is not the way it was supposed to be done; being a reputed cinemas behaving like these to the customers..
Hoping i get a sooner resolution asap
