I bought two tickets for 2.0 telugu 3d movie from pvr cinema official website.
On dec 01 2018, the screening should be on 1:45 pm.
After entering the hall we found that they are screening 2d movie and all people contacted pvr staff and first they accepted their mistake and asked all o[censored]s to be patient for 10 min to fix the issue.
But, after 30 min they come up with some lie that we booked tickets on bookmyshow app where it mentioned as 3d and it was third party mistake (Bookmyshow).
When i show my ticket which i booked on pvr site they are blank, and no answer from them and some police came but as expected there is no solution.
They started screening 2d movie and refused to stop and staff is really arrogant and after 90 minutes they accepted to refund us and they did it.
Refund is fine, but what about the struggle we faced??
This is only theater screening 3d version. So, we traveled around 26 km for movie and they ruined all my day.
They refunded after a long argument by more than 200 + people.
Refund for money — ok
Time — ??? I wasted 6 valuable hours on this issue.

Great disappointment.
The way treated after 30 min is disgusting, infact it is an insult infront of lot of people in oberoi mall mumbai, goregaon.
I demand serious apology from pvr management and 2000 rupees for my time, travelling, disappointment, sufferings.
Me and my friend 2*2000 = 4000 rupees.
