[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — no cancellation of tickets | |||
I had been to pvr cinemas in the arena mall, marathahalli, bengaluru hoping to watch a movie called hobbs and shaw. I booked 4 tickets for the movie costing rs.960. I had mistakenly booked the tickets for the night show at 9:50pm rather than 9:50am. I apologised and asked the staff to cancel the ticket and refund my money, but they refused saying it was not possible. Strict action must be taken against such cinema giants. There is your name PRAKASH at SINGAPORE MALL GOMTI NAGAR LKO. When ever we come for a movie he alway disobey us & is way of takling is very bad...and he always ignore whatever we say to him. So plz tell he to do his job in better way otherwise change is duty time or designation
