Now after emailing the feedback team, they say that it is not their mistake.
Now without proper information in pvr website and bookmyshow how can a customer know that it is a 2D movie?

-pvr website booking which i did again for evening at PVR pepsi IMAX.
(No mention of 3D) but manager assured that it is 3D there.
-my booked ticket which i want a refund. ( here also it says only the movie name and no mention of 2D/3D
