PVR Cinemas — non issuance of ticket and no refund of cash after ticket got cancelled itself | |||
Dear sir/madam, On 20th feb i booked two tickets for "love aaj kal" movie from pvrcinemas.com website after logging in with my number [protected]. Even after deduction of fund ₹144.88 from my airtel payment bank account i couldn't get my ticket booked. I called to customer care number and in reply i got an assurance of my refund within 2-3 working days because my ticket got cancelled itself. Till today i didn't get any refund in my source bank account and i do not get any reply from pvrcinemas. Please do the needful. Thanks! Gaurav k. Srivastava [protected], [protected]. I m at pvr edm delhi to watch love aaj kal movie my show time is 7:15 but picture start at 7:45, around half and hour advertisements are running before show and in interval also around 20 minutes advertisements running on screen, no can take my complaint seriously
