[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — not allowed to watch the movie | |||
Hi Team We were entered into wrong screen for 5-10 mins and then realized, So after 10 mins we went to our actual show but they did not allowed us to enter for the show, we requested them many times but the person disrespected us and asked to purchase new tickets with the full price for the movie. We need our money back or replacement tickets. I can provide the proof of purchase if it is required. My booking id is Booking ID WT2MXMC, I have booked my ticket from bookmyshow.
