[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — payment done but tickets are not booked

I booked tickets for golmal 4 at 25th night for 26th morning 10-45 a.m. show at PVR koregao park Nitesh hub pune..my payment are completed but I not received booking confirmation MSG that's why I login my account and check booking history but there is showen MSG " you haven't booked any tickets " And also in theatre map not showen booked tickets on that no.
