[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — refund claim against double debit 5th sep 2017 | |||
Transaction ref no. :[protected] and[protected]/ sep/2017). I refer to my debit card transaction processed at citi mall pvr andheri west dated 5th sepentember 2017. I ordered for 3 coffee and 2 iced teas total amount rs. 1000 (Inr one thousand only). The card was once swiped by no printed receipt was issued by pos machince, hence the counter boy swiped the card again and this time receipt was pritned. However i got message from my kotak bank app that i have been debited twice. The transaction ref no.:[protected] and[protected]. I notified this to the counter boy, he said it will be refunded. So i waited for a day and filed a chargeback complaint in kotak bank, the bank informed me that both the transactions are claimed by pvr and hence no refund was generated. You are hereby notified to check the services rendered against the two payments recevied from my debit card on 5th sep and refund one transaction amount i. E. Rs. 1000 to me on immediate basis. I have been instructed by the bank if i dont get my amount back from pvr then i shall file a chargeback to kotak. Hence your immediate action will save my time and energy. Regards, Adv.
