[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — refund - non servicing & false commitment | |||
Dear concern, I am your privilege member & sorry to state this episode o[censored]nprofessional & non fullfilment of commitment from pvr cinemas. This is in context to one of the movie which i came to watch at pvr pacific mall on 27th june 2018 i. E. Incredibiles 2.in 4dx. From the start of the movie wherein no a/c's were working the manager mahesh ([protected]) keep committing that a/c's are on will cool in while & bla bla till 45 mins when the suffocation was unbearable, he finally said sorry a/c's will not work. My kid was totally exhausted including me & he was least bothered. Finally they said dont worry we will refund the amount you can leave your details at the ticket counter & go, which i did. To the agony it's more than 2 months no refund has been made & mr. Mahesh ([protected]) doesn't pick his phone almost 20 calls have been made to him. Request concerned authority to look into it & get this refund. Order id - sudx[protected] This 4dx experience is the worst ever had by me & my child.
