[Resolved]  PVR Cinemas — rude behaviour

Complaint is about the ticket counter at pvr eva mall vadodara. Employee (Female) at the ticket counter wasn’t much dedicated towards her work, she was much slow in providing the ticket and when we asked her to be fast as the time was running out for the show she rudely exclaimed “if you’re in hurry go get your ticket from the electronic machine!”
We are paying the right amount of the ticket still they’re being rude to us and when they are prompted they show annoyed behaviour
I hope this complaint will be taken to action on our next visit

I had booked tickets using the payment method as paytm I got a pop-up on the screen saying that bad transaction money will be refunded and again I booked and again. The same thing I lost my 3000 and still I didn't get any email

I booked 3 tickets at the pvr cinemas in Chennai VR mall and the money has been transacted but I didn't receive the confimatory message. So I want to cancel my booking at the pvr cinemas kindly refund the money as soon as possible. Thank you
