We are three students from JNU who visit PVR at Priya Complex Vasant Kunj regularly. We took three tickets for Dangal. The boy at the counter told us that they do not have tickets for the 7:35 p.m show. When we asked for the tickets for 10:55 p.m show he informed that only three seats are left at K-row. We asked him repeatedly whether any other seats are available as we do not usually prefer corner seats. There was another customer next counter who asked for 5 seats which they got easily in Q-row. We asked them why they were given seats in that row. We spoke to the supervisor there and he said that PVR is having a system in which if you know somebody in PVR, you can ask them to reserve seats through an alternate system. But the persons who got the seats with us were not at all sure whether the seats were available or not. they did not give any other reference. Even if you have any alternate system that should atleast show that the seats are reserved or they can book the seats also. By this are you trying to categorize the customers or not. Is there something like more privileged and less privileged. if so please mention this in your policy that you will get a desired seat in PVR (provided the seats are available) only if you have some close ones in PVR.

My 70 year old Daddy visited R-Odeon theatre at Ghatkopar to watch Dangal-9am show. Though ticket was priced @ 75, he was asked to pay EXTRA Rs 60 for popcorn. He objected but the counter person didnt budge and eventually he returned the ticket and got the money back.
This is absolutely unfair trade practice.

Watched Khaidi No.150 on 12.01.17, 10.20 show. They started the show 20 minutes late. So skipped playing the Nationak anthem. Very disappointing and disgraceful.
