PVR Cinemas — show cancelled with notification on false promise

First we had a show @10:25 which wasn't played till 11:30. Noone took ownership to inform about it. Then they made false commitments. Made the entire crowd wait for 3hrs. Involved police for no reason. The operation manager was worthless.. He changed the commitments after 3 hrs pls check the link below..
