Kindly note that, to get one ticket to sayameva jayathe (Hindi) stood there for 30 min as there was no queue system and its like a fish market. Sad part is that no staff listened to me and the way the so called manager replied was disgusting. Totally it is unprofessional and he said sometimes it happens adjust to it. He is very rude and no staff listened to me to understand the situation. Manager said his name is abhi and in a flip of second he changed to yadagiri, such an idiotic behavior (Sorry to use this words but cant control the emotions). It happened on 17th august 2018 at 10.20pm. Hope you will call me to know the entire situation, if i did not hear anything from you in 48 hours, please remember that i am going to file case against pvr cinemas with all possible sections to address this issue.
