[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — ticket not issued and payment deducted; no refund initiated from your end | |
On january 11th, i had tried booking a movie ticket on pvr website via phonepe upi transfer for rs. 304.56. The payment was successful as per phonepe, however your site threw an error and the ticket wasn't booked. On contacting phonepe, they are telling me that you haven't even initiated a refund from your end for the same. This is a really pathetic booking experience served from you. Please look into this asap and reimburse the amount.
