[Resolved]  PVR — online ticket booking

I booked online tickets with pvr on 17th may 2018 and the money was debited from my account but booking was cancelled terming bad transaction and again i booked on 18th may and once again the money was debited and tickets not booked and third time i booked today, 24.05.2018 and again the money was debited and tickets not booked. The service rendered by pvr is very poor and the money debited is still not reimbursed almost 7 days. Pvr has to rectify the issue immediately and these sensitive are causing financial loss for me. My service request number for all 3 transactions by pvr, cas-276805-p7z2k6 – rs.667.37, cas-275755-b0x7t9 – rs.1237.37, cas-275703-v5k3l9 – rs.1207.37, total rs.3, 112.11 has to be reimbursed.

I received the mail from PVR team that the issue was resolved and I could book the Tickets online and once again I booked and my money was debited for the consecutive 4th time but Ticket was not booked. Pls reimburse my money, already Rs.3112.11 pending for reimburse and adding Rs.673.37, Total pending for reimburse is Rs.3785.5.
PVR could not sort out this issue since 8 days and I am the actual victim.

My reimbursement from PVR Cinemas for the acknowledgement CAS-275703-V5K3L9 & CAS-275755-B0X7T9 for rs. 1207.37 & Rs.1237.37 is still pending for 12 days and I was suppose to receive this as per PVR in 7 to 8 days. I dont see any kind of actionfrom them.

My complaint was registered on 17th may 2018 and till date, 16.06.2018 even after one month PVR Cinemas has not reimbursed my money. I keep following with my bank and PVR team but PVR is not all responding positively. Pls advice me what should I do further. I am undergoing lot of mental pressure because of this.
