I booked online tickets with pvr on 17th may 2018 and the money was debited from my account but booking was cancelled terming bad transaction and again i booked on 18th may and once again the money was debited and tickets not booked and third time i booked today, 24.05.2018 and again the money was debited and tickets not booked. The service rendered by pvr is very poor and the money debited is still not reimbursed almost 7 days. Pvr has to rectify the issue immediately and these sensitive are causing financial loss for me. My service request number for all 3 transactions by pvr, cas-276805-p7z2k6 – rs.667.37, cas-275755-b0x7t9 – rs.1237.37, cas-275703-v5k3l9 – rs.1207.37, total rs.3, 112.11 has to be reimbursed.
