Hello sir/mam My name is rimple, i am a house wife. I searched for online jobs as i have financial issues. On 11 april 2019 i received a call from a unknown number (Protected) her name was riya bajaj she asked me to do home based simple typing job, i said yes bu not now. Next day i received a call from her and she referred me to ruchika sharma, she said you have to do 900 forms filling work in 9 days she offered me to submit id proof, i gave my id details then she signed an agreement from me, there were mentioned 4700 penalty charges if i failed to do the work in given time. On 13 april 2019 they send me id & password for online work which should be completed by 22 april 2019 i have completed my work, i have checked my forms twice with my friends and i had some doubts regarding my work i tried to call them but there was no response from their side. I had submitted my work on 22 april 2019. Then they generate a qc report failed and then an advocate has called me his name was mayur joshi, on 24 april 2019 he forced me to pay 4700 penalty charges before 2 pm to clear out or close your agreement and case i have paid 4700/- through imps to the company. He said they will be sending noc clearance via mail immediately on receiving the amount. But, later on the advocate called that we need to pay rs 17000 to close the case. When i asked about the noc, he start yelling at me. And replied me "me tume court me ghaseetunga". Later on he and his senior forced us to pay rs 17000 and kept on calling us continously. Due to so much of pressure and stress, i fainted. It was purely harassment. It was all well-planned fraud. Now he is forcing me to pay another 17, 000 immediately or else we have to pay rs.140000 to close the case later on. Am totally stressed. Please take a strict action against these type of people who harass innocent people. Please help me. I am totally helpless. Apr 27, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I received an email from [email protected] wherein it asked for the contact number of the concerned company and same was provided. Later on I received E-mail stated that the person has contacted the concerned company and now they will not contact me in future. Finally my complaint is resolved and I got a NOC from Email ID: [email protected] | |||
