Hello sir/mam
My name is mandeep i am medicine student 3rd year. I searched for online jobs for my pocket money issues and put ads as job seeker. On 27 march 2019 i recieved a call from a unknown number (Protected) her name was ruchika sharma she asked me to do home based simple typing job, i said yes then she said you have to do 900 forms filling work in 9 days she offered me to submit id proof through her whatsapp number (Protected) i gave my id details then she signed an agreement from me, there were mentioned 4700 penalty charges if i failed to do the work in given time. On 29 march 2019 they send me id & password for online work which should be completed by 7 april 2019 i have completed my work by 5 april i have checked my forms twice with my friends and i had some doubts regarding my work i sent so may mails to the helpline mail id of the company also call them but there was no response from their side. I had submitted my work on 7 april 2019. Then they generate a qc report failed which showed that your 250 forms are wrong out of 900 which was impossible and then a advocate has called me his name was kamal thakur, on 9 april 2019 he forced me to pay 4700+3000 penalty charges before 2 pm to clear out or close your agreement and case i have paid 7400/- through paytm to the company. He said there will be a confirmation call from noc department for your clearance. Next day 10 april 2019 a call came from advocate aditya shamra, he said you have paid this much amount then he asked me that do you want to continue work or want to cancel it out. I said cancel this then he again forcing me to pay 12, 000 to close the case and agreement. I asked him about his occupation for verification then he start yelling at me. And replied me "see you in the court".

It was all well-planned fraud.

Now he is forcing me to pay another 12, 000.

Am totally stressed.

Please take a strict action against these type of frauds.
Please help me. I am totally helpless.
