An employee from pxv called me and assigned work from home assignment. It was a captcha filling job. They pressurized and too much and got an agreement signed. This all happened on phone. I did not believe the agreement and agreed to it and sent it. I did not even use the login id and today an advocate dilip jain ([protected], [protected]) from latur court has called up asking to pay 5100 rs against the terms and conditions in the agreement.
He said he had mailed the repercussion of voiding the agreement on 21st june (Which was a lie) then forwarded again on 25th june. The trail mail did not have my name and mail id. So its clearly a lie and fraud.
Again they are pressurizing to pay the money by calling again and again and sending mail through different people who claim they are advocates.
They have got a simple and effective strategy.
Do not give time to the applicant / user to think about anything and take a matured decision.
How do i get out of this.
