Pynkvilla — manchester united backpack

I ordered a manchester united backpack on 28 december from the site pynkvilla which i found on instagram, the bag costed rs 999 and only allowed online payment, i placed my order through my debit card, but the product hasn't been delivered, i tried to call them numerous times to reach out to them but the number this site provided wasn't working as it was out of reach, i request to either get my backpack which i placed my order for or get my money back as soon as possible as this site seems like a fraud who takes up money but doesn't deliver any of that stuff. Please work on my matter as soon as you can

I ordered a football jersey worth Rs. 750 on 16th November. Since then I have tried to contact them through call, whatsapp[protected], mail ([protected]@gmail.com) and Facebook but no one from pynkvilla.com has answered. The website is still active despite previous complaints registered against them on this platform.

I placed an order on 29/1/2019 and haven't received my order item yet, i tried to contact you guys via gmail but i received no response.
