[Resolved]  Qnet — ir cancellation and money need to be refund

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been made to invest in Qnet Investment by giving improper information .Knowledge of this company and its investment have been misleaded by your executives.

Without my knowledge they have purchased some product from your site and trust me they have not told anything about those products.

During our meeting they told nothing about company and products .They told me that you will give so and so amount and you will become our business partner.Our company will give some complimentary product to you so i have given INR 2, 50, 000 to them through NEFT transfer cash but when i am asking to return the product they are convincing me to take a product .
So please return my money because i have taken personal loan for that.
I dont want that products which they have purchased (if any) and wants to cancel the order for the same.I am letting you know this now because its not yet finished one month and i came to know about your refund/cancellation policy that orders can be cancel within a month.

They are hiding for us 30 days refund Policy.Now i want to cancellation of IRSHIP/orders and claim refund for IN170144.

Refund Policy : Distributors are hereby notified that the Products are subject to the Company's Buy-Back Policy. The Company shall be obliged to buy back any marketable products sold to the Distributor within thirty (30) days of delivery of the physical products by the Company and within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of virtual products/services, after withholding TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), commission utilised, and other taxes if applicable, in accordance with its policies.
The Buy-Back Policy is only applicable upon the return of physical products to the company and shall only apply in conjunction with the Distributors' resignation request. No refund requests will be entertained after 30 days.

I am getting any response from your end when I am calling to customer care number it's not connecting to talk executive automatically call disconnect after 5minutes. I need a cancellation of IRship. Kindly response my email.

Dear Bharath, QNET has a zero tolerance policy for any misrepresentation of the company, its products or the business model. The company has made public awareness media announcements nationally to this effect. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. QNET compensates its IRs through whom the sale is facilitated, on the basis of sale of ‘products’ only. The details of commissions are given in the company website under Policies and Procedures tab. kindly read it.

The company also follows a 30 day refund policy for all its products and services. Any customer, who is not satisfied with the product of the company, once complaint is established as genuine, always has an option of claiming a refund within the stipulated period. I have received a email stating that card number came after that no response from team. When I will get refund the money. I need clarity. How many days it will take to get the money in my account

I have received a email stating that crf "CRF-[protected]", has been processed and completed.after that no response from team. When I will get refund the money. I need clarity. How many days it will take to get the money in my account
