Qnet — refund is not completed even after 100 working days

While applying for a refund i received a mail stating that according to company policy i will get my refund within 60 working days. On 57th working day i received a mail stating that my refund request will take more 40 working days as they are facing technical issue. Today is 102 working day since i have applied for refund and although i have sent lots of reminder mails regarding my refund to qnet support and rekha s merry who is handling refund requests in india i didn't got any refund not even a reply stating status of my request and reason for further delay. This type of behaviour is very much unprofessional and should be taken care immediately. Also not a single official no mentioned in the website is reachable. I am doubting that i will get my money back. So i am thinking of putting a police fir against qnet and vihaan direct selling company for fraud. Please help me to get my money back or i am gonna put a fir on the basis of company act 477.
